Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

We offer Standard, Expedited, and International shipping options. All available services and estimated transit times for your location will be displayed at checkout. We partner with major carriers to provide reliable delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on your order’s weight and destination. We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States for orders over $175. For international orders, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout to prevent unexpected fees upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status. For any questions, please contact our support team at support@larkspurluna.com.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if tracking shows an issue, please contact us at support@larkspurluna.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please email your order number and reason for the return to support@larkspurluna.com. We will provide instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible orders.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are happy to process exchanges for any unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@larkspurluna.com to arrange an exchange. Subject to product availability.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return. Gift cards and items marked as “Final Sale” are also non-returnable and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.

We encourage sustainability through our Bottle Return Program. Return five (5) clean, empty product containers to us and receive a store credit of $15 ($3 per container). Please contact us for details on how to participate.

All orders are subject to fraud screening. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent activity and chargebacks will be investigated and may be subject to legal action.

We invite you to share your experience with our creations. Approximately one week after your order is delivered, you will receive an email invitation to review your purchased items. We value your authentic feedback, as it helps our community grow and our formulas evolve. All submitted reviews are subject to our terms and may be displayed on our product pages.
